Khyber Medical University Merit List

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Mere figuring in this order of merit shall not confer any right of admission on the candidate if he/she is otherwise found ineligible on detection of any error/mistake/fraud/misrepresentation at any stage of admissions. As per Clause 12 of Admission Policy "All admissions will be provisional. All certificates or any other documents submitted with the application form will be subject to verification. Any candidate whose documents are found incorrect or false / forged in any way, or whose authentication is doubtful rendering him/her ineligible for admission under the rules, will be struck off from the college roll and legal action may be taken under the criminal and civil law against him/her".
  • 2. Candidates are instructed to appear before placement/Interview committee as per schedule uploaded on https://ihshazara.kmu.edu.pk
  • 3. Upon placment in a particular institute candidate will be given fee deposit slip for the category of his/her admission. In case the admission fee is not deposited within three working days, right of the candidate for admission shall stand cancelled. The vacant seat shall be offered to the next candidate on merit.
  • 4. The candidates are further directed to report to the office of Director of the concerned institute for other codal formalities to be fulfilled as required by the respective institute within three days positively.
  • 5. The Chairman Provincial Admission Committee shall have the power to review the merit lists in case of any bonafide error, lapse, mistake, fraud or misrepresentation that occurs or is brought to his notice before/during the completion of admission process or thereafter and the merit lists will be amended accordingly.
  • 6. The Candidates are directed to bring all Personal and Education documents along with himself/herself on the day of interview.

Note: If payment status is not verified then candidate can not be entertained for the admission process. For any Correction of any type of error for example; payment status or incorrect name etc. Kindly contact KMU-IHS Hazara till 17 September, 2025 and submit an application for the correction. After 17 September No application will be entertained. Interviews for the eligible candidates will be conducted from 26th September, 2025 to 30th September, 2025 at KMU-IHS Hazara

Interviews date are: 26th September, 2025 to 30 September, 2025 from 9am onwards. On 26th September from serial No.1-80, on 27th September Serial No. 81-160, on 28th September Serial No. 161-240, On 29th Sr. No 241 onwards.
